The paperwork related to the Change of Ownership is done through ANCCE-LG

• Registration with the PRE stud book Spain
• Certificate of Exportation
• Registering ownership with your national association of the pure spanish horse

The paperwork related to the State Veterinary checks is done through the local OCA.
NB This check has nothing to do with the equine five point vet check that you will probably ask on the PRE you are importing.
