Romulo Blog - A Pure Spanish Horse in Denmark

Romulo was introduced as a Grey P.R.E., a Spanish Stallion of classic lines standing 1,61m. Correctly inscribed, revised as apt for breeding - previously known as apto, and registered with ANCCE and the Spanish Stud Book.

His schooling was by a Graduate of the Royal School of Jerez.

Talented in alta escuela, Romulo performed a striking spanish walk, with lift and extension. and showed definite potential for capriole and levade.

P and H took their search seriously, and after two visits and careful consideration, Romulo began his journey to being loved and caringly looked after in Denmark.

We keep in touch, have seen fun pics of him in the snow, and enjoyed getting this note with the latest set of fotos.

"It’s been almost a year since we traveled across Spain in search of the perfect horse for H. And a perfect Romulo we found.

His 5 day journey to Denmark made him quite impossible to load in a trailer ...( I HAVE TRAVELED ENOUGH AND DO NOT WANT TO GO IN THERE FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE....!!!!!)

However after Romulo had to receive his dinner (and we do like to eat ) inside the trailer for a week, H now places the line on Romulo’s back and points at the trailer, and he’s inside all quiet and no worries. Showoff......!!!!!

It’s a very good feeling to demonstrate that at the places Romulo and H have been out at for practice, especially if there are other difficult horses with 5 or 6 angry people trying to carry 600 kg of horse inside their trailers.

Romulo has been out in the field every day since he arrived here and he has never tried to escape (He must be satisfied with the services we provide )

Romulo loves touring in the country no hazzards with traffic of any sorts He likes tours in the forest near us.

H has become quite fond of him ( I’m worried he is to sit at her side at our 25 anniversary . . . . !! "
